Contact FoodReel
Email contact@foodreel.me. Include your device platform, FoodReel version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain sensitive information.
Before you send
Do not send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, payment details, private account keys, or sensitive medical information.
Private beta access
FoodReel is available to invited testers. Request access from the homepage and choose your phone platform so we can send the right installation instructions. Invitations are limited.
The homepage beta form stores your email and selected platform only so FoodReel can send an invitation if access becomes available. It does not subscribe you to product or marketing updates.
Account & Sync
Do I need an account?
No. FoodReel is local-first. Connect an email account only when you want cloud sync and account continuity.
What happens when I sign out?
Signing out stops cloud sync and refreshes subscription access. Your profile, logs, Coach history, food preferences, reminders, downloaded images, and completed onboarding remain on that device.
How do I delete an account?
Open Settings → Account & Sync → Delete account. Account deletion is intentionally separate from signing out and resetting FoodReel data. If you cannot access the app, see Delete Your FoodReel Account.
Subscriptions and billing
FoodReel's public prices and purchase availability are not being announced during the private beta. When subscriptions are offered, purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and the applicable store shows the price, trial, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase.
Manage or cancel an active subscription in your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting your FoodReel account does not cancel a store subscription.
Coach and meal photos
Coach and photo analysis are optional. Coach can use profile choices and FoodReel activity to keep suggestions consistent with your current rhythm. A meal photo is sent for analysis only after you choose photo analysis and accept the in-app disclosure.
AI responses and meal-photo estimates may be incomplete or wrong. They are general educational information, not medical advice.
Quick troubleshooting
- Confirm that you are using the latest FoodReel build available through your testing channel.
- Check your internet connection for Coach, photo analysis, sync, or generated images.
- Close and reopen FoodReel. Do not reset app data unless you intend to erase it.
- If the problem continues, email support with the screen name and what you expected to happen.
